Change Picture Captions to all Uppercase lettering

Hi Everyone!

I am currently using a the Maple template from the Brine Family and am looking to change all of my picture captions to uppercase lettering. I was using the Five template previously, and there was an easy way to change it under Site Styles, but there isn't a way in my new template. I'm hoping to find a code I can use to make all of my picture captions uppercase.
