Remove photo padding in Index

Urgently need your help, I've been trying to figure this out all day!

How do I make it so that this photo doesn't have this white space on the left and below? This photo is a part of an index and I want to make it as seamless as possible. I've tried various coding suggested throughout the forum

For example:

div#abouthome-1.page-content {
    padding-top: 5px;
    padding-bottom: 5px;
}

But it doesn't seem to do anything on my page, maybe I'm getting the name wrong?? I'm not very familiar with coding unfortunately. 

It's also strange because there is no space above the photo, it's perfect - that's how I want the rest to look.
