Custom font

So I have followed this tutorial to change to a custom font. Unfortunately I can't use font squirrel to convert the font as the font company does not allow it. I have a web specific font that I have uploaded to the Squarespace server. But the font is loading. Can anyone shed some light on this for me?

here is the code I used.

So what is your problem now?

My problem is that my custom font isn't displaying correctly. It is defaulting to Times.

Can anyone help with this font problem?

Would someone please be able to tell me where I'm going wrong? Driving me mad now.
