Thai forms not summiting from mobile devices

Hello all,

I'm having trouble with forms.

Trying to get contact information, name and phone number. 

Customers have Thai names and most of them use their mobile devices. 

Problem:

Forms are not submitting on mobile devices. Can on computer.

message: valid names contain only letters, numbers, spaces, or characters.

Not sure what to do next?

Can sqaurespace even able to read thai through mobile?
