Collect payment after they submit a form

Hi All,

I currently have a website and what I'm trying to achieve is people will submit pictures as attachment in a form, then the form should be able to link to payment page directly. Also, I should be able to identify who submit but not paid as well as who submit and also paid. The form should also be able to link to PayPal.

This is easily achieved by WPForms in WordPress, and I'm just wondering is there another way to do it in Square Space?
