Reduce top padding from index inline image block

I'd like to remove the padding on the image i've used inline on my home page (reducing the space between the navigation and the image). Site styles has nothing that lets me alter/change this. I'd like to reduce both the top and bottom of the header image by half.

Have you solved yet?

If not, you mean spaceing between navigation - vintage for... text?
