orders online and send a ticket to the restaurant ?

Does anyone know if there is a way to print out tickets automatically every time someone is ordering food online? We wouldn't have the time to keep on checking our

website for orders. We are based in the UK and 'ChowNow' doesn't work in the UK yet.

To my knowledge, there's nothing prebuilt that's available to do this for you right now.

However, Squarespace do make the relevant order information available in something called the Orders API. This means that a developer could build a solution to print tickets for each order as it arrives. Of course, this would need to be built to work with your hardware and so would be relatively expensive to build and test - unless there was sufficient demand from many restaurants for the same solution.

Have you tried any of the other restaurant/takeout-specific solutions that are available in the UK?

It's difficult to recommend a solution because it will depend on many factors including your location, whether it is for collection or delivery and the charging model required.
