Limit of 'project' pages in Home for Novo template

Hi everyone,

I have to build a site and picked the template Novo.

The plan is to write travel articles, each one of them will be a  ''project-page'' in the Home.

Question is... if I write many articles, creating something like 50 or 60 project pages in the Home, will the site be slow as hell? 

Is there a reasonable limit for ''project pages'' we have to stick to?

ie. the limit for Index pages is around 25, so I would like to avoid having such a cap.
