Changing drop down menu to be translucent (Lusaka)

Password for my site : dog2020

Wondering how to change the drop down menu under projects to have lower opacity. 

I am using the Lusaka Template. Any help is appreciated. 

Add to Home > Design > custom CSS

.header-nav-folder-content {
    background: rgba(0,0,0,.5) !Important;
}

Would this code work in other templates? No luck in mine. Can't tell you what my template is either apparently is it listed anywhere in site settings or account settings once you start building??!! Dumb.

Each template needs different code. Can you share link to your site?
