Age verification injection not working

I paid through Age Verify that works with square space to add an age verification to my site. It worked in the beginning, I did end up trying another sites template too but went back to Age-Verify (by the way has great features) Switching back using the same code and also refreshing my history, and trying to clear everything again because it didn't work, it is still not working. Im very confused on what to do, is there settings I may have touched? this is the first site I've ever built so will take all the advice I can thank you.
