Image Card Block: Image Above

When using the image card block, the only available image positions are left and right. Is it possible to also use top and bottom?

Why not use Image Block???? Image top - description bottom

I have this same question. I would like to use an Image Card but have the image on top. To clarify, I'm using SS 7.1.

You can add image card first, then share url, we can help easier.
