Adding and external RSS feed to a your website

Hi, I want to add an external RSS feed from this page https://www.e-safetysupport.com/newslinks/latest to the https://www.onlinebehaviours.co.uk/home-news page of the site.

I have tried various things such as replacing the feed in the blog settings and adding a code block to the site and pasting the websites widget code. But nothing is working.

The only thing that did work was adding the widget code to the pages header code injection. But this added the widget to the header obviously and made the site have a massive header on the page. 

Anyone have any ideas on how I can add the e-safety support feed to the site?
