Adding Additional Text in Header/Nav

I am working on one of the portfolio templates. I would like it to say my name (in a header font) and then graphic designer (in a different font and color) The template is only allowing me to use the one it comes with. (just the my name) How can I add a text box  in the header/nav so I can add graphic designer in a contrasting way?

You can use CSS to add additional text with different style.
