Using Commerce API to get Timestamp

We currently are using Squarespace's commerce functionality to display physical inventory/availability of our products that cannot be bought online. We use a summary block and tags on each product to show/hide on our availability page. Is it possible with the commerce API or generic Squarespace API to get a timestamp of when the last time a product in the inventory had been updated?

This would allow our customers to see how up to date the physical inventory page is instead of manually changing date/time on the page. Thanks for the help and I could not find any information in my initial searches of the API.
