How to Remove Index Padding from One Page (Mojave)

I'm trying to remove the index padding from a single index page on my site. I can very easily go into the style settings and alter the index padding, but that changes it on every page. I just want to alter it on a single page. Is there some CSS code that can help me?

@thatdiabeticguy you can use custom css to remove padding, but you should share url first. No one can give exact CSS without checking site url.

The site is currently in preview mode, so I don't think I'd be able to.
