  1. Thanks

    Please see Store Page List Categories Description Add.
    If you use a paragraph style other than Heading 1, then you'll need to update your heading colors in color theme Lightest 2 as many of them are set to white right now. Meaning if you use them without changing, the text will appear not to be there but it is. It is just white text on a white background. My code is not broken, at least as far as that issue is concerned.
    Let us know how it goes.

    There are several ways it can be done. Here is my more generalized solution.

    This is not the best solution, but it does help put Terms & Conditions in front of a customer just before they are about to make a purchase. I still have the Terms and Conditions within the checkout pages and on the footer of every page.
    I used some code for something else I found from @tuanphan (who has so many many helpful snippets of code, the saviour of Squarespace). I'm still using the .tuan in there.
    I put this as code injection into the header:
    <script src="https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/jquery/3.5.0/jquery.min.js"></script> <script> $(document).ready(function() { $('.CartFooter-checkout-28MW2').append('<div class="tuan">By continuing to checkout, you have<br/>read and agree to our <strong><a style="color: #7a6e65;" href="https://theneuter.com/terms-and-conditions" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Terms and Conditions</a></strong></div>'); }); </script> <style> .tuan { display: block; height: auto; text-align: left; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-size: 1.1rem; line-height: 1.5em; margin-top: -82px; margin-bottom: 300px; } </style> And this in Custom CSS for Mobile
    @media screen and (max-width:640px) { .tuan { text-align: center !important; margin-top: -20px !important; } }
    I've had this up for the past month or so and it seems to be working fine. The way the text gets appended means that it also disappears if a customer removes all the items in their cart.

    We're in the process of upgrading/migrating to 7.1 and this issue STILL EXISTS in 7.1. This is just one of the reasons we might consider migrating to a different platform like Shopify instead.

    just let me add here that the behaviour of squarespace adding existing images that have already been uploaded is not acceptable and should be addressed by squarespace asap.
    we ran into this on a huge site with multiple galleries and hundreds of images and it is a pain working like this. we are spending hours clicking images into an gallery ONE BY ONE! to bad we cant change the plattform at this point. i would if i could ...
    there is more when dealing with images:
    can't delete images images that are not used on any page still don't get deleted automatically after 30 days as stated in the documentation (as a result we have a huge pile of images we don't need anymore getting in our way in the daily work) images in the add-images-dialogue are not sortable i can't see which images are used on which page - or if they are being referenced at all different images can have same names i can't sort images into subfolders ADVISE: if your site is going to be using lots of images squarespace might not be the best choice for your project.
    i contacted support several times about the above issues but besides being super-friendly they can't help.
