    This page just says that it is possible, but doesn't say how to do it!

    nigel1808 got a reaction from WebDude in Why 48–72 Hrs for DNS update?
    We have followed Squarespace's instructions to repoint our domain from our old version of our Squarespace site to our new version.  Both are on Squarespace, have different built in domains (ie old.squarespace.com and new.squarespace.com) and we have changed the verify.our-domain.com DNS entry (and therefore deleted the old one), and reattached the third party domain name in Squarespace.  We made these changes 68 hours ago, and within minutes were able to access our new Squarespace site correctly on the new domain, most of the time.
    In a clean browser (ie. with an emptied cache) if I refresh www.our-domain.com sometimes I get old.squarespace.com and sometimes get new.squarespace.com.
    The DNS Propagation Checker at whatismydns.net shows that the new, correct verify domain has propagated worldwide, which is the only DNS entry that changed, and the TTL was only 30 minutes in any case.
    What could be causing this behaviour please?

    Thanks, @creedon, my problem is that the form is actually not saving even when I save the page. Steps to repro:
    Edit page Edit the block Edit the email on the Storage tab Save the page ... when I go to edit the block again, the email is not saved.
    When removing the email, it saved, but entering a new one is not saving, no matter how many times I tried. Is there a Squarespace support I can turn to?

    That good!
    You can see from the shared screenshot that the button exceeds the two rows by a tiny amount, so if you want to reduce the button to two rows you'll need to make the button shorter by reducing the padding.

    Quite often the persistent warning messages on the code block mean that you can't make the block small enough, this Custom CSS hides those warnings and allows you to edit the height of the block on the page.
    html.squarespace-damask .sqs-blockStatus, .sqs-block .removed-script {
      display: none !important;
    }

    Unfortunately, that site contains a lot of inaccurate information and, as discussed in another thread, I don't recommend using it.
