  1. Thank you @Ziggy. That just about worked for me, and now it only takes up one column and 1 row more than I would like. Thank you for your help.
  2. I've made a demo page from our website to illustrate the issue at https://weis.squarespace.com/panto-test We're trying to set buttons to scroll the page to an a form, and #anchor links are proving unreliable, even when used according to Squarespace's recommendations. So instead we are using a code block to create a button - saying Enquire Now - which when clicked uses javascript to scroll to the form at the bottom of the page. The code works well, and I want to put the button beneath the text describing the show, as I have done in the white background page section covering Beauty and the Beast. Unfortunately the code block etends a long way beneath the button, and creates a huge amount of whitespace beneath it. In the attached screenshot you can see the huge amount of space beneath the button. What I want to avoid is starting a third column to the right to accommodate the whitespace, as I have done in the pale blue Dick Whittington area below. What is causing this, and what can I do please?
  3. We didn't get the error, but once installed it didn't register conversions. Did you get it working in the end, Az? Any tips?
  4. This page just says that it is possible, but doesn't say how to do it!
  5. We have followed Squarespace's instructions to repoint our domain from our old version of our Squarespace site to our new version. Both are on Squarespace, have different built in domains (ie old.squarespace.com and new.squarespace.com) and we have changed the verify.our-domain.com DNS entry (and therefore deleted the old one), and reattached the third party domain name in Squarespace. We made these changes 68 hours ago, and within minutes were able to access our new Squarespace site correctly on the new domain, most of the time. In a clean browser (ie. with an emptied cache) if I refresh www.our-domain.com sometimes I get old.squarespace.com and sometimes get new.squarespace.com. The DNS Propagation Checker at whatismydns.net shows that the new, correct verify domain has propagated worldwide, which is the only DNS entry that changed, and the TTL was only 30 minutes in any case. What could be causing this behaviour please?
  6. Just above and to the right of the word ABOUT in the screen shot?
  7. We have a similar issue to @MckM The strapline aligns nicely above the primary navigation, but not above the social links which now are midway between the two lines. Before adding the strapline the social links looked like a continuation of the primary navigation and were on the same line as it, which looks good. How can we move Twitter and Facebook down to the same line as the rest of the primary navigation, and then align the strapline right with the F of Facebook? The site is https://westendinschools.org.uk and the custom CSS is: .header-nav:before { content: "Every child's imagination should be inspired by the arts"; display: block; position: relative; font-size: 16px; color: white; font-style: italic; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; font-weight: normal; text-align: right; } Thanks for your help.
