Unfortunately, the messed up part is simply having a domain that is registered via Squarespace or that was sucked into this hellish pit of despair via the purchase of Google Domains. Squarespace is fully unprepared to manage this new business, cannot offer timely support and now has some of the sketchiest domain management and transfer OUT practices I have encountered in 26+ years in the web design and hosting business.

Is anyone else being sent in an endless loop trying to access the email support? https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us > click Login > "what account do you need help with" > "gathering resources" > back to the same page. No way to break out of the loop, always showing I'm not logged in.

Squarespace previously had a method to approve and confirm a domain transfer out of squarespace even though Support had no clue about it. Has this feature been removed simply to be a pain in the butt? There is no reason a modern domain registrar should prevent users from instantly transferring their domains instantly when the appropriate information is available.
