I set up on my SquareSpace website a paywall in the form of a member area where people can subscribe weekly or annually. I then set up a discount in the form of a discount code on the digital product corresponding to a pricing plan and price option. But when I try to subscribe and apply the discount code, it leads to the error message "This discount cannot be applied to your order." And just to be clear, when I enter a truly invalid code, it leads to the error message "Invalid promo code" instead. How can I make a discount code work on a subscription to a paywall? Other discount codes seem to be working just fine. For example, if I set up a discount code that offers 100% off on any order, it works for all physical products, but it leads to the same error message "This discount cannot be applied to your order." on the subscription, i.e., the digital product.
