We are a tax firm. We have over 1000 clients. Our clients are either 30 minute slots or 1 hour based on client and based on their information. How would we create it so when that client which I have uploaded all the clients into the database, the system knows that they are 30 minute client and only take a 30 minute spot. Then label our 1 hour clients 1 hour and those take one hour slots. How can I work this into Acuity. I tried doing types of 30 or 60 and putting that into edit next to each client but it needed a specific date which each client does not have yet I just wanted to give that client a label of 30 or 60 so the system knows they are 30 or 60. Hope this makes sense and would love to make this possible.
