Yes! Ideally I'd like to have both borders (the big border you pointed at) and the 2 thin borders in the white block).

I am trying to figure this out (I am not tech savvy at all..). my website is www.letterandpressco.com and I am trying to create this for the header: (bespoke fine art stationery is in Libre Baskerville). I can't figure out where the code goes and how to achieve that result. Please help!
