Hi,
We have been with Squarespace since 2010. Over the past 2 weeks our website has been down (not sure why, it may be due to expiry of the latest credit card).
I have lodged numerous customer support tickets to Squarespace explaining the situation and asking for help to no avail.
Where I was initially stuck was the page that shows the following without allowing me to login:
The Squarespace account is not available. If you are the Site Owner for this account, please login above or visit our help guides for more information.
I figured that by changing https into http the login button will appear however I have unfortunately forgotten my username and password and it doesnt give me an option to reset either.
For some reason the site also doesnt recognize my email address as an existing account.
I have emailed their customer support trying to figure out how we can get our site back online but for the past 2 weeks no one has answered.
Whats the best way to fix it? We are in Sydney Australia so there is the time difference if I have to call them but I also dont have a number to call either as it seems we can just lodge a ticket online.
What is the best way to fix this given I cannot even get a hold of anyone to help?
