My custom font on my buttons has changed to times new roman from Outfit - Nothing seems to be working to let me change it back

Outfit font doesn't appear in Squarespace font selection. Could this be a reason? I wanted to use this font on our site but it's unavailable.

we saw this from another site. when you click on the header button you are able to get a "lightbox" how can we customize this?
