I'm new to Acuity and have taken over the revising the scheduling. I've blocked all appointments on all calendars until June of 2024. However, somehow people from are still able to sign up for appointments. Is there another way to totally shut off EVERYTHING in Acuity until we are ready? The system was being used in the past and I believe that somehow these clients are able to book appointments. Please help. I thought I might just deleted ALL calendars. We do have everyone on a back up shceulde. Is there a draw back to deleting a calendar with appointments?
