How to change sizing and padding of buttons on mobile view

When I go to my website on mobile and click the dropdown at the top, this is how my buttons are displayed. How do I change it so that the buttons are the same size and stacked next to each other? I believe I have to use custom css but am not sure what coding to add.

Website link: https://mdwfund.org How do I make the text "Apply to MDW Fund" a button? I want it to look like the "Donate Now" button but yellow. I know I need to do this through coding but not sure what specific code to use.
