I figured it out. it was a tinyIMG that had set a protection on the site, I didn't realize. problem solved.

for example, Im creating a blog and I cannot select the blog title and change the name.

I cant select or copy any text on my site, I dont know how I did it but I cant undo it now. I didn't perform any code injections or anything in that world as its outside my wheel house. please advise. I guess ill say the reason why this is problematic is even during editing the site im unable to make selection or even utilize the mouse, I have to use the arrow keys to navigate the page im editing. This feels like it could be a bug of some kind or something. update: I've checked for code injections and dont see any code injections anywhere. Ive tried different browsers. Same.

do I need to just manually add a 13% sales tax to each individual state and province? that seems to be the only way I get the tax to appear with the rate I set.

I think the problem is im not shipping TO Costa Rica im shipping FROM Costa Rica. So to add the Manual tax rate is only adding that rate when I select Costa Rica as the destination of the purchase. There's something wrong here. How do I add a flat tax rate of 13% collected to all purchases regardless of origin? These are the rates that need to be collected for our CR taxes? What am I getting wrong here?

ive done that. at checkout taxes never apply the 13% tax rate, even with this manual rate set. it always read taxes. 0.00. Ive read every page on the site and dont understand how to get to the 13% tax rate to show up at checkout.

im in the same boat. need to add a flat rate 13% sales tax for Costa Rica for all purchases and not really sure where to go from here.
