Flow

Hi there, since Squarespace Support seems to not exist anymore maybe someone can help me here. I need to update my credit card. Everything is fine with that card, I got enough money and so on but the payment is not accepted. Any ideas what I can do about this? also since I am from Europe, Squarespace promotes that payment by SEPA is also possible. But I can not change the payment-method anywhere. Has anyone a solution for this? Cheers
