Can't get rid of Milotree pop up and can't locate code injection

Hi, I'm trying to remove a pop-up for MIlotree on my blog but I cannot locate the correct code in the Header and Footer fields for the page. I don't want to mess up my Mediavine and Skimlinks code so can anyone help me remove Milotree, please?
