Wow, that's sorted it. Fantastic! After over three hours of faffing, chat response, and reading Squarespace help articles. Is it alright if I have a little cry? PS A slightly cheeky additional question for anyone following this (and tbh I don't really care anymore, I'm just glad it's done), but it seems to jump to the centre of the section the code block is in, rather than the section heading, which could be confusing. I'm guessing this is the only option.

Hi, I've spoken to two agents and followed both sets of advice and this still isn't working! The button at the top of the page 'This is the one for me' is set up to jump to the code text that reads 'Here's what happens next.' It still doesn't work and it's driving me a bit crazy now. So much time spent on this. I've even cut and pasted in the code that was kindly supplied by the lovely agent. Any clues as to why it isn't working? Many thanks! (PS I don't even want to use code for this, Squarespace, please supply a non-code option asap.)
