Ive recently setup a new website for my wife using my own business login and now I cant seem to change it to her email address. I select login in provider and try change it there but nothing happens, any help would be much appreciated

I'm trying to create workspace email through settings on my site. I got the free single custom email address but it keeps saying failed everytime I try to set it up. Any help would be much appreciated
