Hello everyone, I need some assistance concerning an issue I am experiencing with my site. I’ve added a checkbox on one of my portions of my site. When someone fills in my form, the purpose of the checkbox is for them to submit the position they are applying to for staff applications for a literary magazine I’ve created, however, when the results of the form are emailed to me, there is no way I can tell whether or not they have ticked the box.
Does anyone know how to solve this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I also was wondering if when this was solved, could I be able to see a previously sent email in the new format?
