This is my first time setting up a store using 7.1, and there are some clear differences from 7.0. My major issue right now is dealing with a product that weighs only 5 oz. for one piece, but the product dimensions/weight start at 1 pound. These items (drawer handles) are commonly purchased in multiples. So you can see the problem... if one is purchased, it charges it as 1 lb. ... if 2 are purchased, it will charge it as 2 lbs when in reality is is only 10 oz. Clearly this becomes problematic if 20 items are purchased! I already chatted with support and they said that listing items under 1 pound is not currently available. This seems like a massive oversight to me! I'm sure I can't be the only one with this problem! So my question is, how do I work around this issue??
