  1. What I've learned is that with an iFrame, you need to have your tracking code installed on the site (or form) where the iFrame is pulling from. The only way to track conversions if you have a conversion happening on an iFrame is to have a confirmation page. However, you may lose data because the conversion happens somewhere else (in the iFrame), so it's best to be able to have your tracking code in the iFrame as well. You cannot do this through Squarespace.
  2. Hi there, were you able to figure this out?
  3. Hi Claire, So after much research and discussions with Google's Support team and the eTapestry team, it seems this just isn't possible the way eTapestry's form is set up. My client had to pay for a "custom" form from eTapestry in order to be able to have a confirmation page after a donation, which then allows for conversion tracking. However, I've heard amazing things about FundraiseUp's donation forms, which are powered by AI and low-cost. And much, much better than Blackbaud products. Feel free to connect if you have any other questions about how my client set up their form in the en!
  4. Unfortunately, not yet. My research indicates it is unlikely, but I have a support call w/ the Google Tag Manager team tomorrow and am hopeful for good news for my client. I will be sure to report back.
  5. Hi all, I'm working with a client, trying to track Google Ad conversions through Google Tag Manager (GTM) on a form (donation form) which is in an iFrame. The form is set up though provided embed code. GTM is set up and working on the site itself. No matter what I try, I can't get GTM to recognize anything in the form. I've tried adding the GTM code into the code block in various places (before the iFrame code, after, etc.). I've tried getting GTM to look for specific text or changes in the form (once the donation is complete), but I don't think that GTM is recognizing the form at all. On the backend, where the form is created, there's no option to add GTM or any tracking code. Hoping someone has some suggestions. Thanks in advance!!
  6. Hi Claire, I'm having the same exact issue w/ eTapestry forms! Just wondering if you were able to figure this out? And if so, how you were able to track this? I'm trying to get help from Google Ads support as well, I can let you know if they help me figure it out as well!
