Is there any follow up to this? I have been trying to set up shoppable instagram posts for a year and I'm losing my mind. I just contacted Squarespace again regarding my product feed supposedly missing information that I have no idea how to add to my products but I'm sure I'll get the same message you got. This is so frustrating. I reached out to a couple people who I know that use squarespace and have successfully set up shoppable posts but they can't figure out what the problem is either.
