Hello, and thanks for replying. OK, on each blog post, the Disqus commenting embed sits in the middle on a pure white background. If I change the site/page background, the part behind the disqus embed also changes colour, like this. What I am trying to achieve is a white centre to the blog post page behind the commenting section and the post above it, but with a narrow margin of colour on either side, like this. (That is a Blogger site just used for an example of what effect I am after). As I say, it doesn't matter if it's site-wide, just would love that effect on the blog post pages. If it's possible, any help would be very much appreciated.

Hi, I have a site on 7.1 which has a white background. Is it possible through coding or otherwise to add narrow margins of colour to the blog post pages? It doesn't matter if it has to be site-wide really, just need them on the blog post pages.
