Space between Header and Top Section

Hello, How can I adjust the space between the top section of my index page and the header. Changing the bottom padding of the header just pushes all the content blocks in my top section down which is truly wild. The goal is to get my tagline to appear in the actual header area (in the blue background). I'm using the mojave template connectedlandscapes.com
Images Cropping in image block

All 3 of these icons have had the background removed and have been resized to the exact same dimensions (500x500). Why are all 3 of them rendering on the site as different sizes???
