I have also resorted to creating a navigation link to an external forum solution provider. Squarespace does not seem to want to get into the business of developing community-based solutions for their web page business. I guess their competitors are Etsy-like sellers, not people who build a community. It kind of makes the whole "profile" mean nothing more than a paid service or item purchase/shipped solution provider. I mean, their blogging comes close to a level of interaction, but beyond that? I don't think they see any value in it for them.

Tuanphan - I am looking to remove the "seconds" part of the default squarespace form so people can type in a time without having to put in "00" for seconds. I am also wondering if I can change the same form where a "date" is asked for, without the individual filling it out has to type out the entire date, but could instead just pick it from a small calendar pop-up. Note I am using Squarespace 7.1. Any advice for updating the CSS or some other trick would be helpful. Thank you!

I think you need to use JavaScript to remove "required" attribute on second field, then use CSS to hide it.

Maybe I will charge, if it takes a long time. Also, I'm resting for Lunar New Year, so it will be a bit slow to answer
