Urgent: A very critical Mailing Subscription Functionality

Hello Gurus!

I am getting frustrated with the following:

I have a website with two languages and associated pages:
https://www.gaudiummagnum.org/

According to each language I have a form with the subscription checkbox under de email field.

In order to separate these two audiences by language, I created a segment according to these criteria: 
. Accepts Marketing
. Since a certain date

However, the "segment extra filters" functionality does not let me filter the lists by the two different language forms. 

This is very frustrating since I cannot have two separate mailing lists by using these two forms with individual email subscription selection.

Any comments, solutions and frustrations?

SquareSpace Dev Team, please address this situation in your priorities.

PS. I do not wish to use the simple Newsletter subscription form nor MailChimp.
