copenhagen-claus
I am told by my local supporter that I need Squarespace's spf value in order to make the e-mail form on my squarespace site work with my danish web and e-mail provider. I don't know what spf is, but I guess I need the value since I never receive the test mails I make using the form. Can anyone help? Link to comment
vicking
Ahoy @copenhagen-claus, for what it's worth, when I get emails via Squarespace forms, they come from form-submission@squarespace.info I'd suggest changing your form's destination email to a Gmail address or another more common email service, submit a form to that address, and forward that email (and the message source) to your Danish provider and let them sort it out. copenhagen-claus
Hi Vicking Thank you - yes, the form seems to work now after I changed it to a gmail. Only thing is that it does not look as professional as with a proprietary address. But hey, as long as I receive the mail it's good enough 🙂 Link to comment
