having issue uploading Vimeo video

Trying to add Vimeo as a background, which I've done before. But this time, it gives me this error, I've doubled check all the other videos I have on the site, and they all have this error still playing fine.

@nassim Want to send the link to the video? I can try it in another site. Also, a quick fix may be to log out and log back in, then try to upload it.

I did try logging out log in many times.
