Email not working after mapping website to domain provider.

I have a website created on Squarespace that is mapped to my domain provider.  I got the website on the web but my IMAP and POP3 email clients willnot connect to my provider GKG that is hosting my domain.  I did not change any MX records.  Is there something else that needs to be done for email to work?  In Outlook I'm getting the following error.
