How to create a categorization of information/in-page menu?

I'm unsure what this sort of information hide-and-show is called so I'm unable to find instruction by just googling. In the photos below you can see information related to Squarespace version 7.1 will show when you click on it, and information on 7.0 will show when you click on it. Only one category of information is shown at a time, all in one page. May I know how I can create this?
