Banner is scaling when browser is being resized in Fluid Eninge

Hi,

Could anyone shed some light on an issue I have on a client website.

The top banner reduces in size when the client is resizing the browser. This only seems to happen in Fluid Engine as I have another client website which is older and build in 7.1 but without Fluid Engine. On that site the banner keeps the size and only the text reduces in size.
