Do you use squarespace over mailchimp, flodesk, ConvertKit and the like? What are the pros and cons?

I need to set up my mailing list for different markets, send something out monthly, and get a lot better about marketing. Someone mentioned that SS is a bit limited, but what are you actually using? Are there any pros and cons of SS vs other marketing options? And while I'm here, if anyone has someone who they could recommend with the setup and digital marketing, please let me know.
