Spacing Issue on Editor

Why does this happen? If I try to edit anything a huge space will appear below the text block and I can't remove it. The "Other Categories" block is a code block, but the paragraph is a regular text block. It's not a padding, margin or fixed height issue. It's driving me crazy.
