How do you RESIZE Grid gallery captions on Hover for the mobile view?

Hello,  I can't seem to find the right Custom CSS to resize my grid gallery captions on hover for my mobile view.  My title captions right now are showing up huge in my mobile view.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

You can use this CSS code to reduce size

}

}
}
