Trying to transfer domain name from Squarespace

My domain was transferred here from Google Sites and now I want to transfer it out. I unlocked it and pressed the "Send Transfer Code" button-- but there is no transfer code sent.

I have checked the email address in the Admin and it is correct. 

I keep pressing the Send Transfer Code button but I get no results. Is there any other way to do this?

I'm setting up to transfer all my domains off also been a few hours no code but it did state it can take up to 24 hours to get the code. Squarespace is total trash but my fault I should have transferred my domains off google when they announced the sale.

I've been waiting for a transfer code for days now and still no email with transfer codes.  Any ideas of what to do now?

I requested a transfer of my domain names on Tuesday and still have not received any code or email from Squarespace.  Any reason why and how to get my transfer code?

Have you received your code as yet? I'm trying to transfer away. They used to have 7 day a week efficient live chat - now it's 5 days and not 24 hour - so frustrating.

At the bottom of your domain overview page is a "Send transfer code" button.  Click that and you code will be emailed to you.  It may take a while.

I've been waiting for several days, and have been unable to reach anybody from Squarespace about this.  Not a great introduction to this company...

Received a note from support that they fixed their email transfer code problem.

All of my code requests arrived and all elgible domains have been transferred out.

It took me more than three days to get in contact with somebody from Squarespace support for this issue.  I've since transferred my domains to Namecheap, and they've been great!

Squarespace previously had a method to approve and confirm a domain transfer out of squarespace even though Support had no clue about it. 

Has this feature been removed simply to be a pain in the butt?

There is no reason a modern domain registrar should prevent users from instantly transferring their domains instantly when the appropriate information is available. 

I used auth codes and ACCEPTED transfer, now SquareSpace wants me to wait 5 days to transfer? Clear violation of ICANN policy. When it was Google Domains the transfer was done in as little as 10 - 15 minutes. Done on purpose as GoDaddy / SquareSpace doesn't want you to leave.

Done on purpose....they now take the MAXIMUM 5 days to keep your domain HIJACKED

What did you expect from a subsidiary of GoDaddy?

So it now has been 5 days, and still reads transfer pending. SquareSpace is till holding my domain hostage.  So much for their "Award Winning Service" They aren't even open on weekends.
