good luck getting a response from Squarespace - I've been waiting for a reply for nearly 3 full days - worst customer service in the industry

Have you received your code as yet? I'm trying to transfer away. They used to have 7 day a week efficient live chat - now it's 5 days and not 24 hour - so frustrating.

I am transferring one of my domains away from Squarespace to Hostinger. I need to change the IPS tag in my Squarespace domain, but I can't see an option anywhere. I have unlocked the domain lock. Has anybody have any ideas on how I can enter the IPS tag please? Thank you
