Site navigation issues

Hi All, seem to be having some issues with out site navigation......or something.  I made some recent changes and everything looks fine.  As part of those changes I removed some pages and a blog I used to create service packages that people could browse.  I removed that blog but yet people keep hitting one blog page everyday.  They never hit it before, and it's not in the navigation so I have no idea how they are getting to this page.  Also another page that used to get lots of traffic never get any at all now.  All I did was rename it in the nav links so not sure whats going on......but things seem goofy.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Disabling the pages that you do not want visited is important.  But those going to that link once its disabled will get a 404 error page so you want to create redirects from those links to new pages and that traffic will still be going to your site but to a page you prefer.
